Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice)

Image
I wanted to have Nasi Goreng for lunch today, so I made one. The whole process was a bit complicated when one has to prepare things, cook and do documentation himself. It doesn't really look as good as it taste. I can do it better next time... Anyway, what one needs to prepare: Rice (half a bowl should be enough for a decent portion), onion and garlic (sliced), carrot and green bean (small cut; instead of green bean one can use green peas which look much nicer), eggs and salt (plus soy sauce if preferred). Heat the pan with a little bit oil (olive oil or cooking oil), add the onion and garlic, when they start to smell good ;) add carrot and beans. Later add the rice and mix them. If liked, add an egg and mix them well. Make a sunny side if liked.

I am turning Swedish! I have a Swedish neighbor who love to bake. So we're thinking about making Apple Pie. But I could learn how to bake Apple Pie from my favorite baker in Zürich (if I insist). It's better I learn something Swedish... YUMMY! Perfect with a cup of hot chocolate in the afternoon...

Children of Cambodia

Image
I am often too lazy to put some thoughts here. But this one really scratch my head. How can the family, the government, the country protects their children if they let the children work on the street? Anywhere I lay my eyes on in Cambodia, I see children sell something. And they are quite pushy. In some places, one would even meet some "highly trained" children who fluently chanting please give me one dollar, I need to buy books for school. please give me one dollar, i need to buy food . And I mean it when I write this, they even grasp one from many things they can of a running Tuk-tuk and run along until you give them some money. They sometimes can be tricky, ask you with smile, to take their photographs and when it's done, they demand a dollar for each. Anyway, come from another poor country, I feel a bit strange to think that their government should put the children in school instead of on the street.

I know that ginseng has something to do with getting hard longer. Not that I've tried but based on what I notice on many billboards and other ads media. Underground, men even suck the blood of cobra in search of more power in that matter, as again what I heard. Scorpion is new to my knowledge. And this bottle has everything they ever need.
